The board is refreshed once a week. Offline means unreachable (no HTTP answer, or a server/gateway-down error: HTTP 500/502/503/504/52x) in both measurements of the week and in a re-check at least 5 seconds later; a single failed or inconclusive measurement never counts as offline. Removed means the endpoint left the board: it was absent from two full passes over the catalog, fell below 20 unique paying agents, or opted out. Price changes come from the catalog, or from the live quote when we sent the same input both weeks. Rank changes are listed when an endpoint moved 25 places or more with a score change of at least 3 points, or entered/left the top 10; the components that changed are shown.
